Fuel your workout or kickstart your day with this vibrant, vitamin-packed blend.


Ingredients:

• 1/2 frozen mango

• 1/2 frozen pineapple

• 1 banana (energy + creaminess)

• 1 scoop vanilla or coconut-flavored protein powder

• 200 ml coconut water (hydration & electrolytes)

• 1 tbsp flaxseeds (fiber & omega-3)

• 1 tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory boost)

• A pinch of black pepper (activates turmeric)

• Juice from 1/2 lime (freshness & vitamin C)

• Ice cubes (optional)



Instructions:

1. Toss all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until silky smooth.
