Ingredients:

• 1 dl oats (blended into flour)

• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

• 1 egg + 1 egg white

• 1/2 banana

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp grated lemon zest

• 1/2 dl quark or Greek yogurt


Toppings:

• Fresh berries

• A dollop of quark

• Some almond flakes or shredded coconut


Why? Slow carbs + protein = perfect start for muscle building and lasting energy.



🥚 Snack: Easter Egg Power Bite


Fill a boiled egg with:

• A little hummus or mashed avocado

• Top with chili flakes and pumpkin seeds


Serve with:

• 1 orange or passion fruit on the side

Ingredients:

• 150g grilled chicken breast

• Yellow bell pepper

Dressing: tahini + lemon + water + garlic + salt

Recipe:

• 1 tbsp peanut butter

• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

• 1 tsp cocoa

• 1/2 tbsp honey

• A splash of water to form a dough

• Shape into small eggs and refrigerate
